Resurrection Pastor South Africa To See The Court Again

 

The CRL- The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities has opened a case against a very famous and experienced pastor is following by various people in South Africa.

As per the reports – CRL has opened a case against resurrection pastor south Africa that is Paseka Motsoeneng, who is also famous by the name of "Pastor Mboro", for violating a protection order. The CRL Rights Commission has confirmed that the case is filed by the chairperson of CRL- Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva against Prophet Prophet Mboro for violating a protection order and soon it will see him on the court. On the October 2017, the Johannesburg Central Magisterial District Family Court granted the protection order against Motsoeneng, who is the leader of the Incredible Happenings Ministries, and authorised a warrant of arrest, which was suspended subject to him complying with its terms and conditions.

As per the reports, this resurrection pastor latest has breached various laws and accused for the same. Firstly, he has breached 3.1(c)(ii) of the order which states that the respondent or Prophet Motsoeneng is prohibited to engage in any kind of verbal, electronic or in any other means of the communication with the complainant, named - Mrs. Mkhwanazi-Xaluva. He can’t connect with her using any means of the communication and can’t humiliate, or abuse her emotionally, said the statement issued by Mpiyakhe Mkholo of the CRL Commission.

This fake prophet has also breached 3.2 (a) which means that the Paseka has no rights to insult, ridicule the complainant including calling her name anywhere, including at any place and prohibited to use the media or television or any other means of communication. As per 3.2 (b) further states that he shall not dismiss or disrespect the complainant by any means including harming her goodwill or can’t incite such conduct the complainant spiritually as well.
